Returns

Returns Procedure

You must return your unwanted products for a refund within 14 working days from the date of receipt. The products, including their original packaging, must be returned as new in a saleable condition.

We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. Please email jo@jgnewman.co.uk  before you return any items and we will help advise on the procedure.

We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of your returned item. At this point we will email you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement. Please therefore do not contact us until 5 working days have passed since we received your return. Please be assured that we will endeavour to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible. Mint & Fig  reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is not received in the original condition. 

 We are only able to refund the price of the products in full and sadly cannot cover the return shipping costs. We will refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

The cost of the original postage to send the item will not be refunded. 

The cost of returning an item is not the responsibility of Mint & Fig and will not be refunded. 

Damaged Items

Every Mint & Fig product is thoroughly checked before it is posted, but if  in the unlikely instance you do receive a faulty item please contact us within 48 hours  from the time you received your delivery letting us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund; we recommend you inspect your products as soon as they arrive. 

 It is important when returning products that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot refund items lost in transit. If you return a defective product to us please indicate in your email if you would like a refund or to exchange the product.  We will refund the price of a defective product in full including any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

 This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
